All our Apple watches are fully tested and working, but there may be cosmetic differences depending on the condition you purchase. Our grading conditions range from 'Brand New' to 'Poor', so you can pick your device to suit your budget! We recommend buying 'Like New' or 'Pristine' for first-time buyers.
Brand New—sealed as you would expect. These watches have never been used before, and they even come with their manufacturer's warranty!
Like New- Almost New (Out of Box). This is our best-refurbished condition, and the device has no cosmetic damage. Besides not being in the original box, this device is essentially brand-new!
Pristine—Very Slight Signs of Use. Our pristine watches show that the previous owner has taken great care of their device, so while there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections, 99% of the smartwatches are in perfect condition.
Very Good- Light Signs of Use. These smartwatches show light signs of usage and may have visible cosmetic marks, but they won't be visible when the screen is on. Buying 'Very Good' is ideal for those who are budget-conscious and don’t mind a few imperfections.
Good- Medium Signs of Use. These are devices that have had a few bumps! There are visible cosmetic marks, and the device shows medium signs of use, but its functionality is completely unaffected!
Poor- Heavy Signs of Use. Fully tested and in perfect working order, these devices are the cheapest way to get the model you want at the cost of cosmetic quality. Scratches, cracks, and screen burns are all possible.

Getting your order to you quickly is very important to us! That's why we provide FREE standard shipping on all orders over £30 and free NEXT-DAY delivery on all orders over £150! We use Royal Mail as our courier and ask that you allow 3-5 business days for all standard shipping orders.
