2 years ago"A good interaction with TBPS. I contacted them to order a replacement phone in an emergency. I tried to add the express shipping option in order that I'd get the phone the next day, and it didn't seem to work. I called and explained my dilemma and was told it wasn't possible to do this if paying by PayPal - but they said they could arrange this although it would be slightly long-winded. I did this and it was totally fine - phone arrived the next day and I'm very pleased with it. I decided to go with TBPS as they were the most cost-effective option. They were great though, and I'd thoroughly recommend them."
