2 years ago"I will never buy a phone from here again. My first experience was really good and decided to buy again. This time the phone was impaired, it did not work correctly, was extremely slow, the keyboard was flashing and disappearing and some of the apps did not work fully. I needed to send the phone back and pay the postage as well. I bought a replacement from them as well and have been using it now approx two weeks. Well, I just noticed that screen rotation is not working, I have tested the sensors and they are not working. I have been contacting customer service multiple times and I will only get short answers and sometimes my questions are completely ignored. Now they are asking me to send this faulty phone back again at my own expense (edit: they provided prepaid postage label!). Overall, just a massive hassle and poor customer service, very disappointing as they have really good reviews and my first experience were really good. Just never again."
