Pristine—Very Slight Signs of Use. Our pristine phones clearly show that the previous owner has taken great care of their device, so while there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections, 99% of the phone is in perfect condition.  

Very Good- These phones show minimal signs of previous use, with slight cosmetic marks such as small visible scratches or scuffs that are not visible when the screen is on.
