What is covered by the warranty? 

The warranty period begins on the day you place your order, and the policy covers any internal fault that may arise with your device within that period during the normal use of your device.

What is not covered by the warranty?

How does a warranty differ from phone insurance? 

A warranty covers only manufacturing defects and hardware faults. Phone insurance, on the other hand, covers accidental damage, theft, and loss.

When does the warranty start? 

The warranty starts from the date of purchase, and the additional 12 months is added on top of the standard 12-month warranty, totalling 24 months of coverage.

What happens if the warranty is void?
