All our OnePlus phones have been tested and are working, but they may have cosmetic differences depending on your purchase condition. Our conditions range from 'Brand New' to 'Poor' so you can choose your budget! We recommend 'Like New' or 'Pristine' for first-time buyers.
Brand New—Sealed as you would expect. These are OnePlus phones that have never been used before and even come with their manufacturer's warranty!
Like New - Almost New (Out of Box). This is our best-refurbished condition, and the device has no cosmetic damage. Besides not being in the original box, this device is essentially brand-new!
Pristine—Very Slight Signs of Use. Our pristine condition of OnePlus phones clearly shows that the previous owner has taken great care of their device, so while there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections, 99% of the phone is in perfect condition.
Very Good - Light Signs of Use. These OnePlus phones show light usage signs and may have cosmetic marks, but they won't be visible when the screen is on. Buying 'Very Good' is ideal for budget-conscious people who don’t mind a few imperfections.
Good- Medium Signs of Use. These are OnePlus phones that have had a few bumps! There are visible cosmetic marks, and the device shows medium signs of use, but its functionality is completely unaffected!
