All card and bank payments are processed securely, we never store full card details on our servers.

Monthly Payment Options
We will soon be offering flexible monthly payment options, allowing customers to spread the cost over 6, 12, or 24 months, subject to approval and provider terms. Availability, eligibility, and any applicable fees or interest will be confirmed at checkout once live.
We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through Klarna and Clearpay for interest-free instalments. See below for more details.
When Is Payment Taken?
Payment is taken in full at the time your order is placed. If your payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be confirmed. In rare cases where a payment shows as pending or reversed, your bank will normally release the funds automatically within a few working days.
Klarna & Clearpay (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Klarna and Clearpay allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over interest-free instalments. These services are subject to eligibility checks carried out directly by the provider.
- You must be 18 or over
- Late payments may incur fees
- Your payment schedule is managed within the Klarna or Clearpay app
- Refunds automatically adjust your instalment plan
- For full refunds, or where you have already paid in full, any instalments already paid will be returned to you by Klarna or Clearpay.
Klarna and Clearpay are independent credit providers. Any queries regarding payment schedules must be directed to them directly.
PayPal
You can pay securely using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or card. Your financial details are never shared with us. Refunds for PayPal orders are processed back to your PayPal account. Disputes raised via PayPal are handled through PayPal’s dispute resolution process.
Link by Stripe & Pay by Bank App
Link allows for faster checkout using your securely saved payment details across supported websites. Pay by Bank App enables direct bank-to-bank payments without using a card.

Gift Cards
Our digital gift cards can be purchased online and redeemed at checkout as full or partial payment.
- Redeemable online only
- Non-refundable once issued
- Can be used with other payment methods
- No cash alternative
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
Gift cards have an expiry date 12 months after the date of purchase. Balances can be checked online using our balance checker .
Currency & International Payments
All transactions are processed in GBP (£). International cards are accepted, however your card provider may apply foreign exchange or conversion fees which are outside our control.
Failed, Reversed & Duplicate Payments
Payments may fail due to insufficient funds, bank security checks, or incorrect card details. If a payment is duplicated or reversed, your bank will normally correct this automatically.
If funds do not return within 5–10 working days, please contact our support team with your order reference.
Refunds
Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Card refunds: 3–10 working days
- PayPal refunds: typically 1–5 working days
- Klarna & Clearpay: instalment plans automatically adjusted
- Gift cards: non-refundable
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
A chargeback occurs when a cardholder disputes a transaction through their bank. If a chargeback is raised, we may temporarily suspend further orders while the investigation is ongoing. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation for disputed transactions.

Buy Now, Pay Later options are subject to status and affordability checks. You must be 18 or over. Klarna and Clearpay are independent credit providers and operate under their own terms.
