How much can I sell my Samsung Galaxy A21s for?
When it comes to valuation, we only use three things at The Big Phone Store - 'network', 'storage' and 'condition'.
Let's start with 'network'. We recommend you first find out whether your Samsung Galaxy A21s is 'locked' or 'unlocked'. This is because devices 'unlocked' from their network provider (Vodafone, EE, BT, Three, etc.) usually have higher trade-in value. It's super quick to check whether your handset is still 'locked'. Just contact your network provider or visit their website - they can also provide all the necessary information and instructions you'll need to 'unlock' it. Remember... Samsung cannot 'unlock' your Galaxy A21s - only network providers are able to do this.
With internal 'storage', everything's nice and straightforward. We accept the Samsung Galaxy A21s 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. As a general rule, higher 'storage' means higher value!
And then there's 'condition'. At The Big Phone Store, we've made things really easy to understand and split our criteria into just four categories: New, Good, Poor and Broken. Here's some of the key things we look for:
New. In the original, sealed box. Must not be refurbished or reconditioned. Must be the factory original. Must be removed from any account that could limit usage.
Good. Full working order. Only light wear and tear. No damage, scratches, defects, chips, dents, marks or imperfections. LCD screen must have no signs of discolouration, screen burn, or any other imperfections.
Poor. Full working order. Average wear and tear acceptable. LCD screen must have no signs of discolouration, screen burn, or any other imperfections.
Broken. Has faults or is damaged. Must not be bent, crushed or in pieces. Must have no internal missing parts.
You can find more comprehensive 'condition' criteria above and there's further information in our full Terms and Conditions.
Can I sell my broken Samsung Galaxy A21s?
You can sell your broken Samsung Galaxy A21s to The Big Phone Store. But be aware... Not every 'broken' handset can be traded-in for cash. In the first instance, take a look at our criteria for 'broken' devices. If your Samsung Galaxy A21s meets these conditions (most do), we always promise to pay the best possible price for it!
Can I recycle my Samsung Galaxy A21s?
If your Samsung Galaxy A21s is broken or damaged beyond repair, you can always recycle it with us for free! Every year, thousands of unwanted handsets end up in landfill, emitting harmful toxins and chemicals into the environment. At The Big Phone Store, we never send unusable parts or devices to landfill and instead recycle them according to strict guidelines set out by the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive, the Environmental Protection Act (1990) and Hazardous Waste Regulations (2005).
Should I fix a damaged screen before I sell my old Samsung Galaxy A21s?
That all depends on the type and location of any damage, how much it costs to repair and whether it's actually worth fixing before you sell.
Depending on type and location of damage, a repair bill to fix your Samsung Galaxy A21s screen could easily reach £85. So you should always weigh up whether it's better to sell your device after repairs, or whether you're actually better off trading it in as a 'broken' phone.
Our handy quotation calculator above can be really useful when it comes to working out the differences in valuation between 'Good', 'Poor' and 'Broken' handsets. But if you're ever unsure about this (or indeed any aspect of the buy back process), just ask one of our friendly team - they're always on hand to help!
How easy is it to sell my Samsung Galaxy A21s to The Big Phone Store?
Very easy! We've designed a process that gets you paid fast for your Samsung Galaxy A21s! Here's how it works:
Place your order. Select the 'condition', 'network', 'storage' and 'quantity' of the handset(s) you want to sell. After this, enter your personal details, choose a designated bank account and in just a few clicks you've placed your order.
Wait for your Welcome Pack. Usually within 24 hours, we'll send a Welcome Pack. It contains a Freepost bag and all the instructions you need to send your new / used device to us. Place the relevant item(s) in the bag and post straight back - you can send up to two handsets in any bag and can always order more bags if you need them.
We check your order. Once we receive your package, we'll send an email telling you it's arrived. We then inspect your Samsung Galaxy A21s and check whether the 'storage', 'condition' and 'network' are as you selected.
You get paid! As soon as the condition is confirmed, we immediately start to process the payment to your chosen bank account!
