With 'condition', we've kept things nice and simple, splitting our criteria into just four categories: New, Good, Poor and Broken. To give you an idea of what we use to determine each category, take a look below:
New. In its original box. Must not be opened and must be sealed (if applicable). Must not be a refurbished or reconditioned device. Must be the factory original. Must have no missing parts. Must be removed from iCloud or any other account which limits usage.
Good. Must be a fully working device with no faults. Must have no damage, scratches, defects, chips, marks or imperfections (light wear and tear is acceptable). LCD screen should have no signs of discolouration, screen burn, missing pixels or any other imperfections. Must have good battery health.
Poor. Must be a fully working device with no faults (average wear and tear is acceptable). LCD screen should have no signs of discolouration, screen burn, missing pixels or any other imperfections. Must have satisfactory battery health and not require a service.
Broken. May have faults, damage and / or not work correctly. Must not be bent, crushed or in pieces. Must have no internal missing parts.

When it comes to 'network', if your iPad is connected to a network provider (EE, Vodafone, BT, Three, etc.), we recommend that you 'unlock' it before selling. As a general rule, 'unlocked' tablets tend to have a higher cash value. Not all iPads are 'locked' to a provider, but many are - so check this by contacting your provider or visiting their website today. They'll have all the information and instructions you need!
With 'internal storage', things are nice and straightforward. Higher 'storage' usually means a higher trade-in valuation!
