As a guide to classifying the 'condition' of your Huawei P30 Pro, a 'good' handset will be in 'full working order' and have no scratches, chips or external markings (aside from 'light wear and tear'). A 'poor' device, on the other hand, will have 'average wear and tear' and a 'satisfactory battery life'.

When we use the word 'unlock', we refer to the network provider (e.g. EE, Vodafone, O2). If your Huawei is still 'locked' to a provider, you'll need to tell us before we can value your phone. But if your device is 'unlocked', it tends to command a higher trade-in valuation. To 'unlock' your handset, contact your provider or visit their website - they'll have all the information and instructions you need!
Top tip: Don't assume your Huawei P30 Pro is 'unlocked' and send it to us without checking. On a few occasions, we've had to alter a valuation because a phone that was indicated as 'unlocked' was in fact still 'locked' upon inspection. It's a quick and easy process to check the 'network status' of your phone. And it usually means you make more money - so what's not to like!
