To qualify for 'new', your Huawei must still be in an original box (ideally sealed). For a 'good' handset, we're looking for 'full working order' and no external imperfections (aside from 'light wear and tear'). And with 'poor', there may be scratches, scuffs or external markings. There's always a good chance that your Huawei P20 Pro will qualify for a cash payment if it's damaged. Our 'broken' criteria include phones that 'may have faults, damage or not work correctly' - which covers a wide variety of common defects and issues associated with damage.
To find out if your Huawei P20 Pro is still 'locked' to a network provider (e.g. Virgin Mobile, O2, Sky Mobile), you'll need to contact them directly or visit their website. If your device is 'unlocked', you'll probably get a higher cash payment - so make checking and / or 'unlocked' your handset a top priority before selling.
Top tip: It's never a good idea to assume your Huawei is 'unlocked'. If your handset is sent to us and we discover that it's actually still 'locked', we may have to alter your cash valuation.
Unfortunately, we don't currently accept additional accessories with a buy back order - this includes cases, covers, screen protectors, wireless chargers, etc. At The Big Phone Store, we only need the handset and any charging cables - nothing more!
If you send these items with your Huawei P20 Pro, we may not be able to return them and they add no cash value to your order. In some cases, other buy back retailers may pay for cases, etc. But remember... you won't get a better valuation for your handset than you do with us!
