Phones that are 'unlocked' from their network provider (Vodafone, EE, BT, etc.) usually have a higher trade-in value, so you should really get this done if you're looking to sell. At the same time, press and hold the 'Volume Up' and 'Bixby' buttons. Then hold down the 'Power' button too. Only release these three buttons after the Android Logo appears on the screen.
Using the 'Volume' buttons to navigate the menu, find 'Wipe data / Factory reset'. Use the 'Power' button to select it.
After that, find 'Yes — delete all user data'. Note: Once selected, this cannot be undone. If you still have personal data you want to keep, back it up or transfer to another device before proceeding.
Once you select 'Yes — delete all user data', the Factory Reset process begins. After it's completed, press the 'Power' button to restart your device.
