Place your order. Once you've received your valuation, choose a designated bank account for the cash transfer and provide us with only the personal details necessary to process your order.
Send us your PS5. Within 24 hours of your order being placed, we'll send a Welcome Pack. It'll contain all the information and instructions you need to send us your PlayStation 5. Only pack the necessary items - any items sent by mistake cannot be returned. You'll need to include the power cable.
We check your order. As soon as your package arrives, we'll send an email. We then inspect your order and check the condition of your PS5.

Yes, you can sell a PS5 if it's broken or damaged. But be aware, not all broken / damaged consoles can be traded-in for cash. In the first instance, take a look at our 'broken' console criteria. As long as your PS5 meets these conditions (many do), you won't get a better price for it anywhere else.
