Devices that have been reported stolen or lost
Devices that have been barred by any network
Devices that have been involved in any other illegal activities
Devices that have been broken into pieces

Before sending us your handset, you’ll need to remove your device from your iCloud / Apple ID account. You can do this from your phone, or online - we’ll guide you through the process once you check out. Make sure you also remove your SIM card, so that you can keep your old phone number!
Once your device has been removed from your iCloud / Apple ID account, we recommend that you factory reset your phone before sending it to us.
We also go one step further: we provide a permanent data-removal service, for free, for every single phone sold to us.
