First up, we have 'network'. Because smartphones tend to have higher valuations if they're 'unlocked' from their network provider (Vodafone, EE, BT, Tesco Mobile, etc.), we think this is something you should definitely be checking should you want to sell. It's a really easy process that is both quick and straightforward. Just contact your network provider, who can provide all the necessary information and instructions. Samsung cannot 'unlock' your Galaxy S6 - only network providers are able to do this.
In terms of 'storage', we accept the Samsung Galaxy S6 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. Bigger 'storage' tends to mean a higher valuation - simple as that!

Broken. Has faults or is damaged. Must not be bent, crushed or in pieces. Must have no internal missing parts.

Hold down the 'Volume Up', 'Home' and 'Power' buttons together. Keep holding this combination until your screen shows the Android logo.
At this point, you'll have access to the phone’s 'Boot Menu'. From here, you need to find and select 'Wipe Data / Factory Reset'. Use the 'Volume' buttons to navigate and the 'Power' button to select.
Scroll to 'Yes, delete all user data', again pressing the 'Power' button to select. Note: Once you select this option, it CANNOT BE UNDONE. If you still have personal data you want to keep, back it up or transfer it to another device before proceeding.
Once you select 'Yes, delete all user data', script scrolls across the bottom of the screen, ending with the phrase 'Data Wipe Complete'.
After this appears, press the 'Power' button to reset your device.
