But there are ways to maximise the cash value of your device. Here's a few tips:
In most cases, a device 'unlocked' from its network provider (Vodafone, Sky Mobile, Three, etc.) generates higher trade-in value. Just contact your provider or visit their website. They'll not only be able to tell you whether your handset is still 'locked' - they also provide all the necessary instructions you'll need to 'unlock' it.
Higher internal 'storage' usually means a higher cash value!
With 'condition', look at our criteria (above) - they've been split into just four categories: New, Good, Poor and Broken.
There's no additional cash value for sending a case, cover and / or screen protector with your handset. Any supplementary items will be disposed of responsibly. But remember... By using a case, cover and / or screen protector, your Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro will probably be in much better condition - which means a higher valuation!

Yes. We accept 'broken' or damaged handsets, but not all handsets have a cash value. We recommend that if you're unsure, take a look at our full criteria for 'broken' devices (above). As long as yours meets these conditions (most do), you can be sure that you're getting the best possible price for it!
