I am delighted to say that when I came accross this company I was imediately impressed. It is a REAL company, its website gives the potential purchaser confidence they are dealing with a genuine company. One who carries a good selection of product brands and has a well laid out store. The company has its own technical repair workshop. It boasts some Impressive images of its company online which is a great confidence boost surely to anyone looking to buy. Another factor for me also was the company is in the West Midlands, that tells me a lot about the people! - but then I am biased. I ordered online from The Big Phone Store and recieved my Pristine Samsung mobile the next day. I am extreemly pleased with the phone which is in perfect condition. 3rd reconditioned phone from these guys and I’d never go anywhere else now! I’d also never have a brand new phone again when you can get a fully reconditioned one at half the price that looks and works like new!! Fantastic trustworthy Company!
