"I ordered an iPhone 11 with slight apprehension as I'd not heard of TBPS until they were recommended by the MoneySavingExpert website. Two days after placing the order the phone arrived as described in pristine quality. Three days later I had a problem with the phone in that the microphone was not working and so was kind of useless when trying to make a call as no-one could hear me. Again, with slight apprehension I returned the phone within the specified 14 days period and followed their return guidelines explicitly in order to qualify for a refund. To my surprise, on the day TBPS received the phone I got two emails: one, to tell me they'd received the item and the second to say I would be getting a full refund. The money was credited to my account the next day. No quibbles and no fuss. Very impressed."
