iPhone XS is rated IP86 for water resistance, meaning it’s water resistant up to 2 metres for 30 minutes and is sealed with a precision-fitted surgical-grade stainless steel band. The glass covering the screen is also highly resistant to scratches, so you can just get on with using the device as intended.
The A12 Bionic chip is a six-core CPU powerhouse, which gives you fantastic performance as well as energy efficiency. With Apple’s next-generation Neural Engine, it uses real-time machine leaning to transform the way you use your apps. It’s up to 15% faster and 50% more energy efficient than the previous generation A11 chip. The 4 core Graphics Processing Unit is up to 50% faster than the A11 chip when using visually demanding apps, like games and video editing. /p>
Thanks to its improved 12-megapixel, wide-angle and telephoto cameras and faster sensor, your iPhone XS is even better at shooting photos and videos. Using Apple’s Image Signal Processor and the A12 chip’s Neural Engine, it unlocks new creative possibilities. Features include Smart HDR, bringing more highlight and shadow details to your photos; Bokeh background blur for standout portrait shots, and all-new Depth Control to adjust the depth of field after the photo has been taken. Additionally, you can shoot 4K video up to 60 frames per second (fps) and 1080p slow motion up to 240fps.
